During our hectic lives we often loose touch with our ability to drop beneath our busyness to find peace within. The practice of yoga can help us to gently reconnect with our selves and uncover our innate joy and easefulness.
When combined with meditation one’s energy is skillfully directed to greater awareness and the ability to be present without judgment, worry or expectations.
Join us in the beautiful woodlands of the Dharma Centre of Canada for a weekend of practice and discovery. There will be regular classes each day with free time to enjoy the quiet atmosphere and meet the other participants.
