This will be an exploration of energy balancing, engaging with the elements of the natural world, encouraging magical changes within
ourselves and for others. Through gentle movement and play we will discover the subtle energy dynamics that enable people to communicate without words.
Sustaining our selves and the world around us are essential in these rushing and shifting times. Flowing Chi exercises, and energy awareness training helps
to develop the qualities needed to sustain a practitioner of the Healing Arts; resilience, detachment and heartfulness. In the web of life, everyone and
everything is a healing presence. See what you are, become what you can be.
All are welcome.
