How can we remain present in our daily life and not be swept away by the stream of thought and emotion. The practice of mindfulness provides the essential key. Taking a further step,
tantra combines the immediacy of mindfulness with the vividness of mantra and visualization, creating a foundation of courage and celebration that invites us to go beyond suffering.
Buddha Sakyamuni is the root inspiration for all Buddhist teachings. Meditating on Buddha Sakyamuni is profound in its ability to renew, refresh and transcend habitual patterns,
allowing us to rest in the radiance of our true nature.
Delicate as silk yet tough as steel, this practice has thrived for thousands of years.
This study and practice retreat will be supported through daily dharma talks, guided group meditations, Tibetan yoga and personal interviews.
Prior Registration and bookings is required for this course.
